Crooked Smile Contest?
To celebrate the release of the 3 Month Braces™ program the High Speed
Braces Company is sponsoring a weird contest. We are searching for someone who
feels they have the most crooked teeth in the city. While it may take longer
than only three months we want to be able to help give you a naturally
attractive smile! The winner gets $2500 towards a smile makeover with the
sponsoring dentist plus free whitening.

2009 Contest
Rules

Your
entry (pictures, videos, etc.) becomes the property of the High Speed Braces
Company and will not be returned.

You
authorize your entry to be viewed by the public.
·
You
are an adult or have permission from your parent/guardian to participate.
·
You
agree to accept the prize as offered (no cash surrender value,
non-transferrable, time-limited).

You
understand that if you are selected to be in the finals you are required to
come in for a free consultation to be sure that your situation may be treated
with the program described.

Deadline for application drop-off is August 20/09. Finalists will be contacted –DO NOT
CONTACT US to ask if you have won.
·
Families
and friends of employees of participating offices are not eligible.
·
Any
rules that are void in specific geographic areas will not apply.
·
I
